Refund and Returns Policy

All sales via Ascension Healing will show on your credit card under our company name, Ascension Gardens Limited.
All sales are in New Zealand dollars and governed by New Zealand law.

All sales are final and no refunds are offered except for damaged, missing or faulty goods or for any reason under the Fair Trading Act r any other similar acts of parliament under New Zealand Law.

To be eligible to replace a damaged or non-working product, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Please contact us within 5 days of receiving your items and explain the damage or problem with your items. Not contacting us within 5 days of delivery of your item voids any claim.

To complete your return, we may require a receipt or proof of purchase. We may also require you to return the item to us and any freight charge will be at your expense.

If we cannot or do not wish to replace your damaged product, then a refund will be processed. Any refund will apply as a credit to the original credit card or original method of payment. Credit card refunds can take several weeks to show in your account. We will not in any circumstances refund to any other method that the original method of payment.

Gift Vouchers

Gift Vouchers are non-refundable under any circumstance.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to: 181 Muriwai Valley Road, Waimauku, Auckland 0881.
You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
