We have provided this website for your use, subject to the terms and conditions listed below. Please read these carefully. By using our website, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

‘We’, ‘Us’ or ‘Our’ are Ascension Gardens Limited, the legal company name and Ascension Healing, the trading name.

Our website is operated by us from New Zealand. The website is provided by us to provide our customers a method to view our products and services, to book or purchase items and to read and receive information.

Information about Spirituality, Spiritual beings, life beyond death and any and all spiritual entities, people or any messages and information is intended for those interested in spiritual beliefs and is the personal opinion of Glenn Lewis only.

The website is intended solely for your personal consideration and to form your own opinion. Any use of our website and its content for purposes other than personal non-commercial use is prohibited without our prior written permission.

Booking a Reading or Healing
All readings and healing are of a spiritual nature and should only be undertaken by those open to the prospect of other worlds beyond what we can physically see and hear.

All guidance, spiritual messages and spiritual healing is delivered to you for your benefit and for your own acceptance or otherwise. We make no claims to any effectiveness that any of these spiritual messages and guidance may provide in any medical, physical, emotional healing beyond that which a person may realize themselves from accepting, believing and accepting the thoughts, messages and views from any spiritual messages and healing guidance offered.

When booking online for a reading or healing, full payment is required at time of booking.

A full refund will be offered if you cancel up to 7 days BEFORE your appointment.
Any cancellation within 7 days of an appointment is non-refundable, however we will allow you to change your appointment date.

Should you cancel your spiritual reading and are entitles to a refund, we will ONLY refund to the original credit card used for your booking. This prevents fraud and ensures monies are returned accurately.

Third Party Websites
In any case where we, for your convenience, have provided links to third party websites, such as our appointment booking system, we are not responsible for the operation, condition or content of those sites.

Shopping Online
Prices for our products are displayed in New Zealand Dollars inclusive of GST. You may also be charged additional delivery fees and/or credit card fees.

Products displayed on our website are subject to availability. Whilst we make every effort to fulfill your order there may be occasions where we may be unable to process an order. This may be due to: the item being out of stock or no longer available, your payment being declined, our identification of a pricing error or product description error or an unspecified technical error. We reserve the right not to accept your order for any reason whatsoever. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable to any person we exclude all liability, direct or indirect for any reason if we exercise our right to decline an order.

Due to our dispatch processes we are unable to cancel or amend customer orders once we have emailed you to say that the products you have ordered have been dispatched. Please check your orders carefully before placing them on our website.

You may pay online (in New Zealand Dollars) by Visa, MasterCard only.

We deliver to street addresses only, we do not deliver to Post Office boxes. Please ensure the delivery address and receiver’s name for your order is accurate and complete (including any business name if shipping to a work address) as we are unable to change these details once an order has been placed. We do not take responsibility for any orders that you do not receive due to incorrect delivery information provided by you.

Our delivery costs and times vary depending on the type of product you are purchasing and your location. Whilst we take every effort to deliver your products to you within the agreed delivery times, there may be occasions where we are not able to deliver your products to you within these time frames. To the maximum extent permitted by law we will not be held liable for late delivery.

Risk in the products (e.g. damage or loss) remains with us until we deliver the goods to the address specified in your order. For your security and peace of mind a signature is required for all deliveries, upon signing for the delivery the risk in the products (e.g. damage or loss) immediately becomes the responsibility of the recipient.

We will send you an email when your products are dispatched. You must notify us within 8 days of the dispatch date if you have not received an item.

Laws of New Zealand
By purchasing from us you are bound by the laws of New Zealand including the Consumer Guarantees Act. Nothing in these terms and conditions will limit or affect your rights as a consumer under the Consumer Guarantees Act (CGA) to the extent that such limitation or other contracting out is prohibited by that Act.

Any personal information provided by you, including subscription to our newsletters, will be used in accordance with our obligations under the New Zealand Privacy Act, and will only be used to communicate to you of news, events and special offers.

We never share, sell or give out your personal information to any other parties.

We also collect your personal information for the purposes of fulfilling your online order and such information may be used by us, for promoting other goods and services. In any email correspondence, including our email newsletters, there is an option for you to, at anytime, unsubscribe from our communications.
